Drunder, Fortress of Zek


This is the first try against Tallon Zek, which was not very successful. I immediatly died after this shot! Now what's that song on the MP3 player...

Unfortunately, the Wraiths that spawned upon his death tromped everyone! Special thanks to the guy in red for training them my way. :)
But we were victorious anyway! Afterwords we all got drunk thanks to summoned beer.

Lavastorm


One of Shotan's Epic fights took place on top of the volcano!


We were successful, but Shotan drowned in the lava, then he was rezzed. But he was AFK at the time, so he burned to death! Doh!

Azra scored the kill stab on this fight! I was so proud I almost forgot to congradulate Edonil on getting his Epic 1.5 quest completed.

Tower of Solusek Ro


Solusek sure does enjoy hanging pictures of himself all over.

A nice shot of the Oasis Alliance tromping though the caverns. Ahmat is on the far left. Most notable is Vamora, who won "Best Dressed" for that raid.
Arlyxir, the giant Phoenix. He is one of the five mini-bosses you must kill before you can take on Solusek Ro himself.

This is the only decent picture I could get of Rizlona in her dragon form. She is another one of the five mini-bosses.

Vex Thal


Here is a statue Gio and I found while shard hunting in the ruins. I got the kill shot on the last three enemies... which seemed to excite her!
This is the majestic entrance to Vex Thal, the last refuge of the Akhevans. We all spent long hours hunting shards to earn the keys to this wretched temple.
Vex raids are usually last a number of days, requiring our adventurers to camp out and resume the next night. This spot is a popular area for such sleep-overs.
Our fearless General prepares to take on a high ranking Akhevan, with his noble team of Shaman bears to back him up!

Suometar sure gave us guys some sword envy! It was voted "Best Sword" of that raid, and deserved a picture. Oohhh, pretty!
Aauari's Enchanter Epic 1.0 pops in on one of my pictures to say Hi. We get along since we both have an interest in venom and poisoning things. :)
A fabled Akhevan! They enslaved the Shak Dratha and build huge temples on the moon, and have the blessings of Luclin. Where do they come from?
The Alliance charges into the sickly muck that is Kaas Thox Xi Aten Ha Ra.


My favorite action shot of Yoarik leaping into attack. This battle ended in a zone crash and complete zone resetting, *without* any named spawns.
A nice example of the architecture of the Akhevans.


Mysterious symbols are all around the temple. Is it a number, or a hand signal? Note the hands with a dark orb below, another repeating theme.
Another symbol that might signify something. Oddly, the Akhevans that we killed did not fight with any sort of weapon.
